Install MCP Server

Install the MidLyr MCP server with your package runner:

npx @midlyr/mcp init

Configure your API key in the environment used by your MCP client:

export MIDLYR_API_KEY="ml_..."

Note

The package name and install command are the public integration contract shown on the MidLyr site. If your deployment uses a private registry or enterprise package, use the package name provided by MidLyr.

Verify the Connection

After installation, ask your agent to list available MidLyr tools. You should see:

• browseRegulatoryLibrary
• readRegulatoryDocument
• queryRegulatoryChunks
• startComplianceScreening
• getJob
